Returns

Thank you for your purchase from TruOriginalDesigns.com, operated by Catherine Truda.

We offer a full, money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 calendar days, you are eligible for a full reimbursement. 

After the 30 days, I am sorry, but you will no longer be eligible for a refund.  We encourage our customers to wear and inspect your purchase witin the first month after you receive it to ensure that everything meets your needs.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for shipping to return your purchase.  I recommend returning it via USPS with tracking to protect your investment.
